Beijing Patcus maintains a complete staff of rubber
engineers, mechanical engineers, laboratory
technicians and QC inspectors.
We also have a fully equipped, certified laboratory to
support our workforce in producing the world's highest
quality vulcanized rubber footwear.
Our laboratory has the ability to run a variety of tests to international
standards, including tensile/tear, heat aging and oxygen bomb, flex
and ozone cracking, DIN Abrasion and Akron Abrasion, fabric
abrasion, fabric/rubber adhesion, oil swell, specific gravity, electrical
hazard testing, and many others, including the standard rubber
process control tests such as OD Rheometer and Shore A Hardness.
